This antique trunk is by H. J. Cave & Sons, a luxury leather goods company established in London in 1839. H. J. Cave & Sons, known for holding a Royal Warrant of Appointment. The label highlights a "GOLD MEDAL PARIS 1878" award and their status as a "Trunk and Portmanteau Manufactory". These trunks are highly collectible antiques.
